M.Sc. ABA, BCBA

Malorey is from the United States where she has worked for seven years in the field of ABA before joining Knospe-ABA. She was introduced to ABA during a class she took during her undergrad courses in Psychology. She started as a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) in 2018, where she practiced ABA under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and learned how to help and support kids with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in home. During her time as a RBT, Malorey studied at National University and graduated in 2020 with a Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She became a BCBA in 2021. She has experience working with children, teenagers and young adults, from 18 months to 21 years of age, and is able to adapt the principles of Behavior to fit the needs of the individuals she gets to support. She is familiar with in-home, school, and clinical settings. She is now working with kids diagnosed with ASD and their families in northern and eastern Germany.
